LIVINGSTON Funeral services for Cecil O. Williams, 56, of Cookeville, were held
at 2 p.m. today, Wed., June 16, from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home.
Burial was in Crestlawn Memorial Cemetery
in Cookeville.

Mr. Williams died on Mon., June 14, 1999, at Livingston Regional Hospital.

He was born on May 12, 1943, in Overton County to the late Ress and Dollie
Conner Williams. Mr. Williams was a security guard at Berkline Furniture Co.

His family includes his wife, Sue Speck Williams of Cookeville; a son, Scott Ray
Williams of Cookeville; a sister, Jewell Moore of Cookeville; four brothers,
Bill Williams of Rickman, and Horace, Edd and Glenn Williams, all of Cookeville;
and two grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Geneva
Williams; and two brothers, Bobby and J.T. Williams.

Pallbearers were John Lee Williams, Rick Moore, Vance and Darren Williams,
Kelvin Garrett and Shan Winningham.

Bro. Comer McGuire officiated at the services.
