Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30 AM Thursday, September 19, at Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Albany for Mike S. Achman. age 41, who died Sunday from a motor vehicle accident.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call from 4-8:00 PM Wednesday and after 10:00 AM Thursday at the Miller-Carlin-Brenny Funeral Home in Albany. Seven Dolors parish prayers will be at 8:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home in Albany.
Mike was born April 7, 1961 in St. Cloud to Gilfird and Shirley (Freyman) Achman. He grew up Duelm. He married Brenda Tamm on September 25, 1982 in Seven Dolors Catholic Church. They have lived in the Avon area throughout their marriage. Mike was a supervisor for Larson Excavating in Holdingford. He has worked for the company for more than 19 years. He was a member of Seven Dolors Catholic Church.
Mike is survived by his wife, Brenda; children, Joshua, Kyle and Carina, all at home; his mother, Shirley Achman, Foley; brothers and sisters, Pam Bibeau, Inver Grove Heights, Rock Achman, Avon, Gail Dawson, Scottsdale AZ, Shelly Abfalter, Duelm, Jane Neis, Duelm, Karly Achman, AZ, Denise Kielty, St. Cloud and John Achman, Duelm. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Mike is preceded in death by his father, and brothers, Dave and Michael Achman.
