Roy Edward Forsee, 60, of Sturgeon died Wednesday, June 10 1998, at Boone Hospital Center. Services will be held at noon Saturday, June 13, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery near Higbee with the Rev Virginia Feerer officiating. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Nilson Funeral Home. Mr. Forsee was born Oct. 3, 1937, in Boone County to Edward and Margaret Willard Forsee. He married Phyllis Bruce on Dec. 31, 1966, in Columbia, and she preceded him in death. He had been employed as a cook for Glenn's Cafe. Survivors include a son, a daughter, four brothers, two sisters, and three grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
