Ms. Mulvaney was born July 16, 1959, in Cheyenne, and had lived here since 2003 with prior residence in Wisconsin.
Anne was a day care provider; secretary of the State Mental Health Board; loved children and the Green Bay Packers; and worked with people who suffered from addiction.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
Ms. Mulvaney is survived by her mother, Sue Mulvaney of Cheyenne; a brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Wendy Mulvaney of Fort Benning, Ga.; a sister and brother-in-law, Terri and David Lucero of Cheyenne; three nieces, Ashley, Samantha, and Jordyan Mulvaney, all of Fort Benning; and a nephew, Austin Dulaney of Cheyenne.
She was preceded in death by her father, Peter Mulvaney in December 2004; and a brother, Brian Mulvaney in January 2007.
