VIRGINIA BEACH, VA

Julia Kay Martin Cashion, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2010, at home. Born in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of Peggy Martin and Clyde Martin.

Julia was a natural beauty, and took great pride in her job as Executive Director of Golden Living Nursing Care, Administrator Sentara Life Care - Windermere, Vice President with Envoy Retirement Group, and Westminster-Canterbury.

She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Cashion, MD; and two daughters, Caroline Cashion and Alexandra Huffman. Also left to cherish her memory are all her many dear friends and co workers.

A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Friday, May 21, 2010, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Spartanburg, SC.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Massachusetts General Hospital, Department of Orthopaedic Oncology, 55 Fruit Street, Boston, MA 02114 or the Duke University Hospital, Department of Orthopaedic Oncology, Box 2923, Durham, NC 27710.
