Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has taken out letters of administration on the estate of Robert Maddox, dec'd, late of Montgomery County, Ind All person indebted to said estate will make immediate payment - and all persons having claims against the same will present them, legally authenticated, for settlement, within one year from this date. The estate is solvent. William N. Gott, admr.

Sale to commence at 9 o'clock. Wm. N. Gott, Admr. April 23, 1835.
