Obituary, The State (Columbia, SC) July 28, 2007: Lillian Warr, Bethune - Funeral services for Lillian Marsh Outlaw Warr, 93, of Bethune will be held Sunday, July 29, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Bethune, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Roy Broughman and Rev. Steve Hinson will officiate. Family will receive friends Saturday, July 28, 2007, from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. Memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 42, Bethune, SC 29009. Mrs. Warr died Thursday, July 26, 2007. Born in Bethune, she was the daughter of the late Johnson and Eather DeBruhl Marsh. She had retired from Springs Mills. Mrs. Warr was a member of
Shamrock Baptist Church. Surviving are daughters, Eather Mae Arrants of Bethune, and Bette Outlaw Klepczyk of Bethune and Columbia; 2 grandsons, Corbett Glen Melton and Johnny E. Melton, both of Bethune; 2 great-grandsons, Danny Corbett Melton of Blairsville, GA, Michael Glenn Melton of Lexington, SC; 3 great-great-grandchildren, Katherine Danielle Melton, Joshua Grayson Melton, Gaven Michael Melton; 3 nieces; Polly Coates of Camden, Becky Farmer and Jackie Coates of Kershaw. She was predeceased by a sister, Annie Mae Coates of Kershaw. Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge.
