FALLON, Ralph Wayne Bollard, 64, died at his home here Wednesday. He was born Feb. 6, 1909, in Armour, S.D., and was a veteran of World War II. He served with the U.S. Navy. He was a retired painter. Bollard moved to Fallon two years ago from California. Surviving are his widow, Vesta of Fallon, a son, Gary of Palm Desert, Calif., and a niece and a nephew. The funeral and burial will be in Inglewood, Calif. Local arrangements were by the Austin Funeral Home.
