Adeline Conn, 81, of Confluence, RD. 1, died July 13 at her home. She was born June 16, 1888, in Draketown, a daughter of the late James and Ida (Ream) Porterfield.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, and three sons. She is survived by the following children; Mrs. Olive Shultz of Trenton, N. J.; Mrs. Frances Kreger, Mrs. Verna Kreger, Hillery, James, Charles, Fred and Richard, all of Confluence RD; 22 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Sue Rederick of Confluence; and three brothers, John Porterfield, Albert Porterfield and Lloyd Porterfield, all of Confluence RD.
Friends are being received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, after 7 p.m. Monday, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m.with the Rev. Vernon Witt officiating. Interment in the Jers3y Cemetery.
