Pamela Dawn Young Penrod, 39, of Elberta, passed away unexpectedly May 18, 2010 in Payson. She was born June 13, 1970 in Payson to Rex E. and Rosemary Ashworth Young. She married Darius Stapley Penrod May 8, 1987 in Payson.

Pam was a member of the LDS Church. She enjoyed crafts, sewing, quilting and decorating.

She is survived by her husband, Darius, sons, Weston & Justin; parents, Rex (Marie) Young, of Payson, Rosemary (Elvin) Harward, Orem; a brother, Allan Young (Brittney), and sisters, Mistie (Joe) Dutson, Kristie Young, all of Payson. She was preceded in death by a brother, Brett Ray Young, grandparents, Bill & Isabell Ashworth and Elmer & Venice Young, and an uncle Brad Young.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 24th at 11:00 am at the Elberta LDS Chapel. Friends may call at the Holladay-Brown Funeral Home, 66 South 300 East, Santaquin, Sunday 6 to 8 pm and Monday at the church from 9:45 to 10:45 am. Interment, Goshen Cemetery.
