Benjamin Franklin Bartlett, son of Major and Amanda Knapp Bartlett married Harriet I. "Hattie" Camp, daughter of Cyrus and Nancy Knapp Camp.

Benjamin and Hattie were 3rd cousins, both being descended 3 generations from Peter Knapp (2nd) and Priscilla Owen.

Benjamin (who also went as Frank or Franklin) and Hattie had 4 children: Carrie - who married Carl Baker and had 3 children (Arthur, Edith and Ruth), Willie, Ida and Ethel - who married Elwood Gray.

Benjamin Franklin Bartlett was the great grandson of Gershom Bartlett, Sr. who is well known as a gravestone carver whose work is among the most bizarre of any produced during the eighteenth century.
