Anna M. Keedy was the daughter of David D. Keedy & Lucinda Brechbill Keedy. She was a school teacher, teaching biology in Keedysville, MD. She lived with her brother Daniel M. & his family. By 1920, she and her mother, Lucinda, were living with her brother, Edward Everett, in Minot, Ward, ND where she was teaching school. Her mother, Lucinda died in 1930 in ND and her brother, Edward died there in 1931.

Miss Anna Keedy, formerly of this county; late of Minot, North Dakota, died yesterday in a hospital at Detroit, Michigan, according to word received by her sister, Mrs. Louisa K. Stine, of Paramount. Miss Keedy visited relatives here last summer, she having won a trip to Washington in the national contest on teaching traffic safety in the public schools, her essay winning first prize.
Miss Keedy had been in ill health for some time and on her return trip she stopped in Detroit for treatment. Her death was a shock to her relatives and friends. She is survived by her mother, Lucinda B. Keedy, of Minot, North Dakota, & the following brothers, Edward E. of Minot, North Dakota; Daniel D. of Keedysville; Cyrus C. of Rohrersville; Homer D., Amherst, Mass., and Horace B., Duluth, Minn. & a sister, Mrs. Louisa K. Stine, Paramount.
The body will be brought to Keedysville & the funeral be held on Monday from the home of D.D. Keedy.
