Betty June Lester-Larson, born 7 Jun 1928, Died 28 May 1993. Betty was born in Tacoma, daughter of Mamie and Ray Lester. She was nurturing, selfless, and giving to everyone. Betty had recently retired after 18 years from her services as in-house trainer for the Crisis Line of Pierce County's Comprehensive Mental Health Center. Betty was loved by all, and she touched everyone she knew in her own special way. She was the cherished wife of Chester A Larson, Jr and beloved mother of her three children; Steven Ray Larson, Charleen Ann Larson-Polacek and Richard Alan Larson. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Linsay Ryan Larson and Eric Trace Larson. Remembrances may be made in Betty's name to the Children's Cancer Treatment Program; Mary Bridge Children's Health Center; Cancer Treatment Program, P.O Box 5296, Tacoma, WA 98415; acknowledgment to Chet Larson, Graveside Memorial.
