Virginia Lee Harris Doyle, age 54 of Arcadia, FL.. passed away May 19, 2010 in Arcadia. Virginia was born in Wilmington, Ohio April 3, 1956. She moved to Arcadia in 1973 from Highlands Co., Ohio. Virginia was a driver for the Department of Transportations. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, working crossword puzzles, reading, and art and drawing. She was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors are; two sons; Lucas A. Doyle, Arcadia, Fl., Ronnie M. (Rachel) Stubbs, Atlanta, GA., three daughters; Arianne J. (James) Rachael, and Sarah J. Doyle of Arcadia, and Elizabeth R. Haywood of Auburndale, Fl. She also leaves her parents; Virgil L. Harris and Frances M. Robbins Harris, both of Arcadia, a brother; Daniel G. (Barbara) Blair, Cincinnati, Ohio and a sister Dorothy M. (Robert) Lawrence of Arcadia, FL. and seven grandchildren. Virginia is preceded in death by a son Stephen J. Doyle and a brother Charles R. Harris.
Visitation will be conducted from 9:30 AM until 11:00AM Monday, May 24, 2010 from Ponger-Kays-Grady Chapel, 50 No. Hillsborough Ave., Arcadia, FL.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Monday, May 24, 2010 at Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Robbins officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Level Campground Cemetery, Pine Level, and FL.
