Private graveside inurnment for Roberta Joan Porter, 54, will be held at a later date. Shoshone Funeral Service in Kellogg is in charge of arrangements.
Miss Porter, was born in Sapulpa, Okla., died Thursday.
She granduated from high school in Sapulpa and later moved to California.
She lived in Vallejo, Calif. and served as a controller for 28 years at the Mare Island Naval Shipyard before taking a medical retirement.
Miss Porter moved to the Silver valley in 1995.
She enjoyed doing crafts.
Survivors include two sisters, Doris James of Sacramento, Calif., and Shirley Gann of Pinehurst; a brother, Kenneth Porter Jr. of Burlingame, Calif.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
