James Wesley Courtright was born Apr 19, 1916 at Gering, NE. He is the son of Norris J and Lillie P (Morgan) Courtright. James died on Apr 24, 1943 while serving in World War II. He was a bombardier and had left Labrador on a ferrying mission to Europe. The plane was bombed by the enemy and sank in the Atlantic Ocean.
