A Fatal Railway Accident.

Last Monday as Mrs. Deborah C. Miller was driving across the railroad track, a short distance from the South bridge, her horse was struck by a locomotive and instantly killed. Mrs. Miller was thrown from the buggy and had both legs broken, some of her ribs fractured and severe injuries to her head. The train stopped on the bridge and picked up the injured woman and brought her to the depot. She was unconscious and remained in that state most of the time until Tuesday night, when she died. Mrs. Miller was an old resident and before her last married was the widow of Mr. Wait. She was the mother of Mrs. Sam Pryor. Her many friends in this county will regret her death and sympathize with the surviving relatives.
