House Bill No. 265
RELIEF OF IDA GEMEVA McPHERRON.
AN ACT making an appropriation for the relief of Ida Geneva McPherron for the loss of her husband killed in the line of duties as undersheriff in 1921.
Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:
Section1. That the sum of Three thousand dollars or so much therefore as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated from any funds in the state Treasurey not otherwise appropriates for the relief of Ida Geneva McPherron for the loss of her husband, W.S. McPherron, who was killed in the line of duty in 1921, as undersheriff by parties unknown.
Section 2. This act shall take effect and be in forced from and after its passage.
