FRANK E. FISHER, BRIGHTON RESIDENT, DIES AFTER ILLNESS
BRIGHTON- Frank E. Fisher, 78 retired Brighton cabinet maker, died yesterday at the McPherson Health Center in Howell after a long illness. He was born October 16, 1881 in Eaton County, Michigan, the son of John and Amanda (White) Fisher. On April 28, 1909 he was married to Mary Hoyt in Harbor Springs. He worked as a cabinet maker until his retirement several years ago.
Survivors include two sons, Cecil E. of Brighton and Keith of Northville; three sisters, Mrs. Ada Avery and Mrs. Harriet Fisher, both of Boyne City, and Mrs. Alice Trombly of Drayton Plains.
Funeral services will be held at 7 pm tomorrow at the Keehn Funeral Home with the Rev. George Nevin officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Brighton where graveside services will be conducted by the Novi IOOF, Lodge No. 487."
