Warren Tribune Chronicle, February 25, 1991: Lyle H. Higgins, 79, died Saturday in Trumbull Memorial Hospital of leukemia. Mr. Higgins was born June 24, 1911 in Andover, son of Grove and Esther Higgins. On November 24, 1925, he married Isabelle Leavell, who died in 1984. A graduate of Williamsfield High School, he retired in 1966 as a driver for Elmer Breuer Trucking Company, and later worked as a custodian for Warren City Schools, retiring in 1978. Mr. Higgins was a member of Tod Avenue United Methodist Church, its Nixon Class, Angelus Class and Willing Workers. Survivors include a son, Roger of Canton; and a granddaughter. Three sisters: Pearl Wright, Anna Greier and Gladys Grabert preceded him in death. The funeral will be Wednesday at Carl Hall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pineview Memorial Gardens.
