He was born October 26,1900 in Tipton Ford, son of William F.and Rena Douse Wallace.
Mr Wallace had served as minister for several churchs in the area the past 33 years and worked as a carpenter. Bill enjoyed fishing and hunting loved his family,and church friends. He was a member of the Cave Springs Baptist Church near Neosho, Mo.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Mrs Lora A. Wallace two sons, Billie E. Wallace of Webb City, and Buddie L Wallace of Diamond,Mo., two daughters Mrs. Bonnie Lawson of Tulsa, Okla., and Bettie J. Jones, of Joplin; a sister Sylvia M. Westfall, Glendora, Calif., nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
