Hop Dobbs was a hard working man for the Bell Bomber then Lockheed Plant. He was a devout Union Man and "Yella Dog Democrat"... His love of life were his 3 grandchildren Angie, Andy and Davis. We stayed the night with him twice a month on Wednesday night where had Coca Colas, fresh vegetables and fresh country breakfast every morning. He was a tough and hard ridden man of the time and loved by his kids. No matter rain or shine, he showed up at every game we played in.
