Ruth L. (Specht) Arras, 86, of Genoa and formerly of Woodville, died Friday (Nov. 21, 2008) at Genoa Care Center.
She was a member of Solomon Lutheran Church, Woodville.
Born Oct. 21, 1922 in Bradner to Henry and Anna (Peters) Specht, she married Elmer P. Arras on Jan. 28, 1943 in Pemberville. He died Feb. 8, 1974.
She also was preceded in death by two sisters, Esther Blausey and Edith Heldt; and two brothers, John and Edwin Specht.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Marsh Funeral Home, Pemberville. Pastor Karl Ribbeck will officiate. Burial will be in Eisenhour Cemetery, Pemberville.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
