OBITUARY
Marie Jeanne Patch, 85, of Rutland, died early Monday morning, October 16, 2006, at Haven Health Center in Rutland. She was born in West Rutland on October 19, 1920, the daughter of Horace and Marie [Bellemore] Monette.

Mrs. Patch was a graduate of Rutland High School, class of 1938. She was employed at Shangraw's Pharmacy for several years and later by Carpenter's Pharmacy for over 20 years, retiring in 1995. Mrs. Patch was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.

Surviving is a daughter, Charlene A. Patch of Pittsford, and a grandson, Michael Wierzbicki of Burlington. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles T. "Bud" Patch, who died January 25, 1983, and by a sister, Claire Fitzgerald.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery in West Rutland. Friends may call at the Clifford Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m.
