Jesse Edward Palmer was the son of Jesse Palmer and Ellen S Eves Palmer. He was born in Monroe Iowa on September 7, 1875. Jesse married Lilla "Lillie" May Luke on November 20, 1894 in Avery, Monroe County, Iowa. They had at least two children: Charles "Charlie" Allahn Palmer DVM (1895-1960) and Mark Elton Palmer MD (1897-1966). Jesse Edward and Lilla May are buried here together.
