Agnes Wanda Polis St. Clair, 86, of Pine Bluff, died December 29, 1997, at
Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
She was born on September 10, 1911, at Terre Haute, Indiana, a daughter of
the late Wozcrek Polis and Konstancya Sluhe Polis.
She was a retired licenced practical nurse, formerly working at Jefferson
Regional Medical Center. She was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad
Trainmen Ladies Auxiliary MIZPAH Lodge No. 481 and was a member of St. Joseph
Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, C.O. St. Clair; and a son, Charles
Owen 'Buddy' St. Clair.
Survivors include a son, James Albert St. Clair of Mountain View; a daughter,
Mary Jo St. Clair Dollar of Pine Bluff; and a brother, John Polis of McAllen,
Texas.
A funeral mass is scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic
Church with the Father Andrew Smith officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph
Catholic Cemetery at Yoakum, Texas by Cranford Funeral Home of White Hall.
