Gibson, who were originally of Hart County, Kentucky where Mary Jane was born on February 8, 1846. At the age of 19 Mary Jane married Levi Francis Klinglesmith, the son of Michael Klinglesmith and Margaret Horsley, on February 9, 1865.
Zuruiah Ann Klinglesmith was born on January 10, 1867 in Grayson County, Kentucky. She was two days old when she died on January 12, 1867. She was buried in the Hanging Rock Church Cemetery on Hanging Rock Road off of Highway #259 in Leitchfield, Grayson County, Kentucky. Her two day old sister, Sarah Margaret, was buried there a year later after her death on January 21, 1868. Her mother, Mary Jane (Cave) Klinglesmith, was buried there after her death on September 8, 1874. Also buried in this cemetery are her maternal grandparents, Benjamin and Harriet A. (Gibson) Cave.
