C.L. KING PASSES FROM HEART ATTACK
Due to a heart attack which he suffered last night at the cabin near Mineral where he had been living while engaged in highway work in Lassen Volcanic national park, Cressy LeRoy King ,59, 1332 Walbridge Street, passed away at Paynes Creek last night about 7 o'clock wile being rushed here for medical treatment.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Alice King, and three children, M.G. King, better known as Glenn King, a former clerk in the W. H. Fisher grocery, now employed by Harry Willard at Corning, and Beryl and Donald King who reside at home.
Coroner A. H. Feckert decided not Dot hold an inquest in the case after taking the depositions of Harold L. Hendrix, King's foreman, and Dr. J.L. Faulkner. The latter said that all indications pointed to death from heart failure.
According to Hendrix, King was engaged in light work in clearing the right of way for the new approach road to the park. After the day's work yesterday , King went Dot his cabin to prepare for supper. He became suddenly ill and fellow -workers becoming alarmed over
