Dr. "Frank" graduated from the University of Maryland medical school in 1883 with his postgraduate work at the Belleview Hospital in New York City.He married Miss. Katherine Alice Medinger and they raised one adopted daughter, Virginia. He established a medical practice in Upper Marlboro, Md.where they lived until his death. He was the son of Uriah and Louisa Banks Maguire.
