Hinton Record Mar 23, 1916- W. H. COTTINGHAM Mrs. Harrison W. Miller received the sad intelligence of the illness of her father, W. H. Cottingham, who was then at Alexandria, La., and started Tuesday evening for his bedside, accompanied by Mr. Miller, as far as Oklahoma City, where they were advised of his death, which occurred Tuesday evening at 8 .'clock. As the remains were to be taken to the family home, at McPherson, Kans., for interment, Mrs. Miller proceeded to that point and Mr. Miller returned home this morning.The good lady has the sincerest sympathy of the community, in this, one of the hardest burdens to which mankind is heir.
