OVERLAND PARK- Leora B. Bickford Butterfield Albert, 86, of Overland Park, KS, passed away June 8, 2010 at Indian Creek Nursing Home.

Funeral Service will be held Monday, June 14 at 3:00 p.m. with a visitation 2-3:00 p.m. prior at the D.W. Newcomers Sons Overland Park Chapel, 8201 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 15th at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Topeka, KS.

Leora was born October 2, 1923 in Osage City, KS to Ben and Stella Bickford. She loved her family and friends and brought joy to everyone around her. She had a wonderful sense of humor and will be greatly missed by all.

Preceding her in death were her parents, 2 brothers, and her beloved husband, Bill.

Survivors include her sister, Edna Laird of Topeka, KS; daughter, Shirley Williams of Edwardsville, KS; grandchildren Todd, Lori, and Bryan; great grandchildren Kylie, Jake, and Paige; 9 nieces and nephews as well as many great nieces and nephews and friends.
