Catharine died intestate leaving a house and lot situate in the borough of McVeytown on the corner of Water and Crisswell Street, bounded and described as follows: Fronting 52 feet 7 inches on Water Street thence on the south by Crisswell Street to Pennsylvania Canal, thence north along said canal to corner joining property of David Corkel, thence along said lot to Water Street, being lot Number 16 in a plan of lots in McVeytown borough and having there on erected a two storied frame dwelling. David petitioned court to order sale to pay debts.
