Deceased Name: Obituary: Laura Elizabeth Coulam Brown
Laura Elizabeth Coulam Brown, died December 14, 1998.
She was born April 7, 1910, to Daniel Cordon and Lucile McMaster Coulam. Married James Melvin Brown, Sept. 26, 1931; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was an active member of the LDS Church, having taught in all the auxiliary organizations and served in executive positions as well. She loved gardening and was an active member in the Flora Culture Garden Club. She had a great many friends and took joy in serving others.
Laura is survived by her three daughters, Marilyn (Ron) Smith, Beverly (Bill) Ward and Catherine (John) Milne; five grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, a brother and a sister, a grandson and a grandson-in-law.
Friends may call at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State, on Wed., Dec. 16, from 6 until 8 p.m. Graveside services Thur., 11 a.m. at the
Logan City Cemetery, 951 No. 1200 East.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Highland Cove Health Center for the wonderful care she received there.
In lieu of flowers family suggests contributions be made to Primary Children's Medical Center, 100 No. Medical Dr., Salt Lake City, UT 84113
