KENNETH L ANDRUS--66: died Tuesday[8-4] at LakeCnty Memorial Hosp where he had been confined for 6wks with a heart ailment. Born 25 Jun 1887 in Caldwell OH, a son of Mr&Mrs Abner Andrus, he graduated from Purdue Uni-versity with a degree in mechanical engineer-ing & for 10yrs had been employed as a super-intendent of the boiler room at Diamond Alkil. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, the Diamond Foremans Club & the 25 year club at the Diamond.
His wife Lottie preceded him in death in Nov 1951. Survivors include 2 sons: David-Ashta bula, RobertC-at home & 3 grandchildren, all-Ashtabula.
RevGeorge Whitman of the Methodist Church will conduct last rites Friday [8-7] at Nixons Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mentor Cem
