GRANT, Betty L. Hoffman, Bayes went to be with her Lord, February 21, 2007.

She was born in Whitehouse, Kentucky, May 15, 1930, to the late Roy and Sally (Daniels) Maynard.

Betty enjoyed cooking and having her family around. She was a loving mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, great-grandmother and sister.

She retired from the Ohio Masonic Home after 30 years of service. She will be sadly missed by all that knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Grant and brother, Charles E. (Todd) Maynard.

Survivors include her sons:

John (Julia) Moore,
Jay Hoffman,
Joseph (Terri) Hoffman,
Jeff Bayes

Step-son, Jerry (Carol) Hoffman
Step-daughter, Sandy Hoffman

Grandchildren, Chris Barry, Candie Rice, Cindy Campbell, Catina Denny, Miranda Bayes;

Great-grandchildren, Shianne and Ashley Rice, Tag and Molly Barry, Guy and Lance Laywell, Alyssa Campbell, Buddy Denny, Dominick Moore,

• step-grandchildren, Terri and Vicki Hoffman;

A service will be held in Rose Hill Chapel, 4781 South Charleston Pike, Monday, February 26, 2007, at 11:30 a.m., with Rev. Walter Mock officiating.
