Olick, 27, of North Tonawanda died Friday (Nov. 25, 1994) in Lockport Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born in Los Angeles and attended Starpoint Central High School as well as the Roberto Venn School of Luthiery in Phoenix, where he learned to make guitars.
He worked for Performance Guitars in Hollywood, Calif., from 1986 to 1993 and for Aaron Records, also in Hollywood, from 1992 to 1993. He was an avid musician and guitar player and an honorary member of the Magic Castle Chapter of the Magicians Guild in Los Angeles.
He collected comic books, rare records and wrote poetry.
He will be missed by many.
