Donald Joseph Wagoner was born to Louie Thomas and Wanda Willie Parks Wagoner on March 6, 1937. He grew up a typical young man in his teens, but did not follow his parents upbringing.
He married Billie Evans (my mother's girlfriend) in 1954. They had one son, Jerry in 1955, and two daughters, Nancy in 1957, and Lynda in 1958.
Uncle "Joe" had a business with my father, Bobby in California. One cement truck and alot of concrete. One time they even built a boat in the garage, but discovered after the fact they could not get the boat out of the garage (It was too big)!!
Uncle Joe early in his life hated cats and did not believe there was a God. He later became a christian and began loving cats. One day he took a stray cat that was sick in his home and nursed it back to health. He must have had about 16 cats before he died and accepted the Lord!!

Cause of death: Prostate Cancer
