Skyler Shawn Robertson, 15, of Columbus died Thursday, January 28, 2010 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, February 1, 2010 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Macon Road Chapel with Pastor Joel Fitts officiating. Interment will follow in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon, January 31, 2010 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the funeral home.

Skyler was born December 11, 1994 in Chesapeake, VA. He was a ninth grader at Jordan Vocational High School where he played the Viola as a member of the orchestra. Skyler was a member of Cornerstone Church of God where he was active in the youth group. He loved playing video games, reading, especially reading the bible. Skyler excelled in everything he wanted to do. He was compassionate and loved his family and friends without end.

Survivors include his mom, and dad, Christopher and Christi West of Columbus; three sisters, Honoria, Shauna, and Alana all of Columbus; grandparents, Edward and Laura Robertson of Virginia, Charles and Shirley Pence of Tennessee, and Carlos and Linda West of Tennessee; aunt and uncle, Chris and Misty Styron and their children, Kayla and Logan; many other family members and friends.Son of ATC Christopher L.
