Laura Stone Mortimer, along with her mother(Ellen Stone) and two-young children
(Thomas Mortimer,4) and (Charlotte Mortimer,2) were all killed by her husband Thomas
Mortimer IV.

The deaths appeared to have been "blunt trauma and wounds caused by a sharp
objects"

Thomas Mortimer IV had left notes at their Winchester home on Wednesday
confessing to the crime.

A Funeral Service will be held at The Parish of the Epiphany, 70 Church St. Winchester on Thursday June 24th at 11am. Visiting hours will be held in the Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main St. (Rte. 38) WINCHESTER on Wednesday from 3-7 P.M. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment Wildwood Cemetery, Winchester.
