GRANGER, Harold "Hal", May 22, 1942 – June 11, 2010. Our beloved Hal died peacefully in his Nashville home on Friday, June 11, 2010. He was valedictorian of the Class of 1960 at Grand Lake High School in Big Lake, Louisiana. He went on to earn his degree in accounting at McNeese State University before joining the United States Air Force. He served honorably in the Philippines and Vietnam and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal for meritorious service. Hal was survived by his cherished wife, Barbara, daughter, Marian, and grandson, Jacob Granger Fullum, who were most certainly the joys of his life. He also leaves behind two brothers, Ernest and Neil Granger, and one sister, Judy Broussard, all residing in Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his parents John Wasey and Mary Susan Blanchard Granger. Hal was a gentle husband, father, grandfather and friend whose generosity and sense of humor will be deeply

He will be missed by all. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at 12:30 pm at West Harpeth Funeral Home with inurment immediately following at Middle TN State Veterans Cemetery on McCrory Lane. WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte Pk (615) 352-9400
