BASTROP -- Funeral services for Mrs. Annie L. McDonald, 79, of Bastrop will be held at 3:30 p.m. today in Golden Funeral Home Chapel of Bastrop with the Rev. James H. White officiating.

Burial will be in Christ Church Cemetery in Bastrop.

Mrs. McDonald died Saturday at Cherry Ridge Nursing Home in Bastrop after a lengthy illness. She was a former resident of Harrisonburg, a resident of Bastrop for 30 years and a member of the Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include four sons, John D. McDonald of Buras; Ronald J. McDonald, Edwin M. McDonald and Joseph Webster McDonald, all of Bastrop; four daughters, Mrs. Audrey Brown of Minden, Mrs. Virgil White, Mrs. Rosie Lee Jones and Mrs. Marion Morgan, all of Bastrop; one brother, Bernie Robertson of Jonesville; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Price of Colfax, and Mrs. Augustine Kennon of Morton, Miss.; 28 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
