JUST LOCATED. - Mr. James M. Barringer and his son-in-law, Mr. Hamilton, two practical farmers and gentlemen of considerable means, from Renslaer (sic) county, New York, have recently purchased a large body of land within two miles and a half of our town, on which valuable improvements will be made the coming spring and summer. They intend erecting one house immediately, and then return to bring their families here. It is highly probable that quite a number more of the families in their neighborhood will be induced to come out here and locate permanently.
