February 12, 2003 Jerry N. Provost, Sr., 55, of Iowa , former resident of Baldwinsville , died Wednesday. He was an over-the-road truck driver for 30 years. He previously worked for Carrols Development Corp. in Liverpool for 5 years. Surviving: His wife Barbara, five daughters - Jacquelyn and Marie of N.Y., Christie of CA, Belinda and Kendra of Iowa, one son Jerry, Jr. of Iowa, mother Phyllis of Phoenix, one brother Larry of Phoenix, three sisters, Brenda and Cindy of Fulton and Neicy of Phoenix, 12 grandchildren. Services: 10 AM Saturday at Gates Funeral Home, Spring burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Visitation will be 4-8 PM Friday at the Funeral Home, 29 W.
