Rose Elta Harvey went by nickname "Nellie Mae". Her parents were Austin Wilson Harvey and Mary Isabell Todd She came to Calif. via wagon train with her family. She married Charles Burns in 1894 and they had 6 children together. She died at her home after being cared for by her children for many months especially daughter Opal who stayed with her full time in her final months of life.
