Agnes Elizabeth (Walker) was daughter of Nellie Pearl (Watkins) and Henry Walker. She was sister of unnamed baby, Marian (Guyton), Katherine (D'Angelo), Allen and Robert Walker. She attended Teachers College in Stockton and in Chico, CA. & taught in different rural one-room schools in Glenn & Tehama counties of CA. until she married widower Henry Day Jr. They lst lived in Capay district then S. of Orland ranching. Later they moved to Chico where Mr. Day died. Eventually Agnes moved lst to Weimar, Placer Co. where she joined the Rebekah Lodge then to the Odd Fellow & Rebekah home at Saratoga, CA. On a Christmas vist to granddaughter's she suffered a fatal heartattack at 90 yrs. Mother of Enid Elizabeth and Diana Claire. Two babies died in infantcy. Step-Mother to Hazel and Leslie. Beloved Grandmother of Kaaren, Kim, Lanai and Stewart. GRT Grandmother to Donald, Christopher, Gabriel and Thomas. GRT GRT GRandma to Mia. Faithful reader of the Bible & life.
