ROCK HILL -- Ms. Linda Blackwelder Peek, 60, of 1778 Hunters Trail died Saturday, Oct. 23, 2004, at home.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Faith Family Christian Center, with Pastor Larry Williams officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church cemetery in Fort Mill.
A native of Fort Mill, Ms. Peek was a daughter of Dorothy Plyler Ross of Rock Hill and the late June Blackwelder. She was a member of Faith Family Christian Center, where she served as secretary and treasurer. She was a material management buyer with Piedmont Medical Center.
Surviving are her son, David Pender of Charlotte; two daughters, Pam Williams and Sherry Williams, both of Rock Hill; three brothers, Don Blackwelder and Wesley Blackwelder, both of Fort Mill, and Bill Blackwelder of Rock Hill; three sisters, Ann Estes of Rock Hill, Jane Curlee of Salisbury, N.C., and Sue Stroud of Roanoke, Va.; her stepfather, Cornelius "Red" Ross of Rock Hill; and six grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the home of Don Blackwelder, 1075 RPC Road, Fort Mill.
