Born November 25, 1924 in Bacchus, Utah to Thomas Alonzo and Frances Avon John Smith. Served U.S. Navy, WW II.
Survived by children, Peggy, Susan, and Michael Smith, Salt Lake City; brothers and sisters, Kenneth, Barcley, Avon, Lynn, Donald, Wanda, Adele, Adrian, Fawn; and two grandsons. Preceded in death by parents and sister, Afton.
Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday at 12 noon at the Pleasant Green Cemetery.
