Funeral services for Edna Pearl Lester, age 82, of Oak Grove, Louisiana will be 2:00PM, Thursday, April 1, 2010 at Cox Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Jordan officiating. Interment will be in the Oak Grove City Cemetery. services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 2PM - 9PM and Thursday from 8AM until time of service at Cox Funeral Home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey A. Acreman and Uner Thrower Acreman; brothers, Lee Acreman and Billy Acreman; sisters, Ora Murphy, Annie Ainsworth, and Lula Malone.

Edna is survived by her husband, James Allen "Tucker" Lester of Oak Grove, Louisiana; daughter and son-in-law, Glenda Coplin and Jeff Coplin of Oak Grove, Louisiana; son and daughter-in-law, Roger Lester and Ruby Lester of Baker, Louisiana; son and daughter-in-law, Larry Lester and Judy Lester of Oak Grove, Louisiana; daughter, Pat Hudson of Lake Providence, Louisiana; son and daughter-in-law, Vernon Lester and Sedonia Lester of Vicksburg, Mississippi; brother, Jessie Acreman of Oak Grove, Louisiana; brother and sister-in-law, David Acreman and Linda Acreman of Oak Grove, Louisiana; sister and brother-in-law, Irene Ellison and Doug Ellison of Oak Grove, Louisiana; sister and brother-in-law, Doris Nations and James Nations of Prairieville, Louisiana; sister and brother-in-law, Ruby Creech and Marvin Creech of Oak Grove, Louisdiana; 20 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Shannon Hudson, Ricky Zimmerman, Ronnie Ainsworth, Nick Navarro, Billy Navarro, Spencer Phillips.

Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Acreman, Allen Michael Lester, and Sandon Trichell.
