Born in St. Clair County July 1,
1885, he was the son of the late
Mr. and Mrs. John Connell. He
married Sadie Darling in Sandusky
in 1909 and the couple made
their home in Evergreen township
until his death. Mrs, Connell
preceded him in death in 1945.
Surviving are three daughters,
Mrs. Chester Darling of Harbor
Beach and Mrs. Harvey Kritzman
and Mrs. Woodward, both of Cass
City, and two sons, Robert Connell
of Harbor Beach and Jefferson
Darling of Lapeer. Also surviving
are 17 grandchildren and
14 great-grandchildren.
Interment at Elkland Cemetery.
