Anthony "Scottie" Cummings, 42, died Tuesday, June 22, 2010. He was a resident of Indianapolis.
Survivors include his mother, Shirley Lloyd of Indianapolis; two brothers, Jerry (Diane) Cummings of Indianapolis and Marvin (Karen) Cummings of Mooresville; and a sister, Nannatte (Timothy) Garner of Fishers.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Cummings.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 7602 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary. Burial will be at Lincoln Memory Gardens in Whitestown.
